GOING UNDER (2013)

With Peter's relationship going through a difficult period he finds himself drawn towards an uncertain affair with a colleague at work. Wracked with guilt but unable to talk to his wife Peter is trapped - until a trip to the dentist brings his inner turmoil to a horrifying conclusion.
